Description
A mild savoury sauce which imitates all the flavoursand punch of the original oyster sauce but without the oyster! We use mushrooms to replicate the salty, sweet umami flavor of the original. Ideal with stir fried or steamed broccoli, bokchoy, mushrooms or spinach.
